M.S. Psychology, Doctoral Student
Heather has a dynamic career history, having served as the Director of Operations at Full Armor Ministries and has worked in various business administration roles where she has played a critical role in the start-up of projects and plans. As a former HRIS Analyst and Project Manager, she has a strong business acumen and is well versed in prioritizing, training, guiding, and analyzing. More recently, she has purposed to broaden her experience in the field of psychology by working as a Behavior Interventionist with Easter Seals of Southern California. Heather is also the Writer and Administrator for The Write Hope blog site, a place where people from all over the world cross paths to share and gain insight, including spiritual understanding of life’s complex issues and problems.
In 2012 Heather travelled to Mexico in ministry work where she tended to the abandoned youth and workers. In her daily life, she provides spiritual counseling to couples and individuals to help them write their future, instilling hope within a re-definition of their union based on the word of God.
Specializing in faith-based practices but not limited to, Heather is currently working on her Doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Upon receiving her M.S. in Psychology at The University of Phoenix, she found that furthering her education is the best path to achieve what she wants most – to gain insight and awareness with her clients, to better serve those who need her help, and, ultimately, to aid individuals in writing a promising future filled with hope and new life. Heather works in the language of her clients, having acquired an extensive knowledge-base in spiritual guidance, psychoanalytic, and dynamic therapeutic principles in individual, group and family therapy settings.
